She's wearing the bumroll and petticoat under the stays, which accounts for the weirdness at the back/looseness at the bottom of the stays. Not historically accurate, but the stays look prettier out. Shows off all that ridiculous hand-sewing of the tab binding. The make-up is pretty cool too. Nice and fake looking. ;)
