Slip pictures!

Here's the finished slip, on the dressform because I feel weird about modelling lingerie, even if it is pretty modest. (Which is weird, because I don't have a problem doing pics of earlier undergarments. Maybe because more layers?)

You can see I ended up using the lace for the straps. Was just the easiest thing to do. So that's that!

I'm with you on not wanting to post underwear pictures from the 1920's to the present online. Those will be dressform pictures. WWI and previous? No problem at all, but it seems weird to post pictures of what is recognizable as modern underwear.

I'm contemplating making a set of 1920's underwear. Did you use a pattern for this or eyeball an original?

Combination of things. Used period diagrams to create a pattern based on my measurements (though didn't follow the instructions exactly) and used Katherine's tutorial for some guidance (her step-in is super similar, just slightly different pattern and with added crotch.) And looked at a lot of original garments online.
