You know how sometimes people on your friends list post about stuff going on in their lives, and all of a sudden you think, "Wait a minute? Since when are they working THERE? Since when are they dating HIM/HER? since when???" And then you wonder how you could have missed all that seemingly pretty standard information, but somehow you feel too ashamed to ask for clarification because it seems like info you should already know? Name: Sabrina Jennifer Nicole Mark. It's a ridiculously Anglo-sounding name, considering my ancestry is 100% Chinese. When my grandparents (on both sides) immigrated here their last names were changed to English ones. I do have a Chinese name as well, but I never go by it, ever. And meeting people can be ridiculously annoying when people immediately say, "Like Sabrina the Teenage Witch," after hearing my name, because that's *so* clever and original. ;p I was almost a Jennifer though, as my dad wanted to call me that, but my mom intervened.
