Everything's comin' up rosy

Had a crazy dream last night that the letter about my entrance scholarship came in and my friend got into a terrible car accident. Then when I got up in the mail was the letter. I got $1700 AKA SEVENTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS! And I didn't have to do a thing. I just sent in my admission in time for the early admission and they automatically give the scholarships based on marks. How much does that rock. I see some friends writing up essays for scholarships that they don't get, and most of those ones are worth less I think. Also I warned my friend about being in cars. I mean, come on, if one comes true, who knows about the other.

Got some work done today on an English project. Did some filming and tons of time wasting and laughing. It was great. I played the piano for some creepy background music for Ophelia while she's all Crazy. My footstool is also painted yellow now so I can get the top done for my Art folkart project. The yellow makes it look so cheerful and happy.

There's a carnival on tonight but I don't think I'm going. Tonight's the night for the fireworks but I can always see them from the house. It drives my dog nuts because you can also hear them. I haven't seen fireworks in a long time. Can't wait. They look so beautiful.

Saw the Friends finale and the clip show and the "Friends" on Jay Leno and I watched Conan O'Brien. All of it was hilarious and great. It's odd that Friends will never be new again. Just like Buffy will never be new again and after this season neither will Angel. I'm somewhat looking forward to Joey. It's either going to be a hit or a trainwreck. Missed the O.C. finale though, only caught the end of it. I was going to borrow it from my friend but she accidentally taped over it with the Friends finale. Oh well.
