There was tulle that cost $0.75Cdn when my mom bought a bunch. When she bought it they seemed surprised it was so cheap. I wanted a bunch to make (in the distant future) an 1873 ball dress a la Tissot's Too Early (the pink and red one, but in white and black instead). We went down there later in the week and it was $1.99. Darnnit. However, had it not been $0.75 in the first place I wouldn't have even given any thought to buying it. It just seemed like too good of a deal to pass up.
