I placed an order at Amazon for Corsets and Crinolines by Norah Waugh and Helen of Troy by Margaret George. I really liked George's Cleopatra, so I'm hoping that Helen of Troy is just as good. And OBVIOUSLY I'm hugely excited about Corsets and Crinolines. Because, honestly, who doesn't wanna know all about hundreds of years of underpinnings? ;) I ordered them a few days ago, and I just got confirmation that they've been shipped. So, now, I'm going to track their progress fanatically, like the crazy person I am. Ha!

And also, our sewing machine just came back today. So that's good too!

You wil love Corsets and Crinolines when you get it. Its a fantastic book.
I have made many of the corsets in it, and they have never let me down.
I am sure you wil get a lot of inspiration from it.

The corsets you make are amazing. I'm excited to see some of the patterns that you use. :)
