Snowstorm!

Moo! It's been raining for the past two days, all foggy and drizzly. And today we are having a snowstorm. As in, it's been snowing since last night or ridiculously early this morning and is still snowing. So it took an hour to get to school when it's usually like 20 minutes. Then, taking the bus home, I had to wait half an hour for a bus to show up because they were all 20 minutes late and it was too scary to try the 20 minute walk home. Snow drifts were almost to my knees and it was all ice underneath from the rain the days before. I finally reached my street from the bus that finally arrived and had to walk on the super scary street just praying that a car wasn't going lose control on the ice and hit me because the drifts were way to high on the sidewalks. I fell on that stupid ice soon after getting off the bus trying to get off of the street. And then I finally get to our front door (which is north facing and thus the wind was blowing like a hurricane at me) and found out that the button on our screen door had frozen, so I couldn't get in, and, of course, nobody was home. So I ended up calling my friend who lives down the street and he was at work, but he told me to just go to his house and hang out with his family until I could get home. Which was super nice and his family is awesome and they fed me and I hung out with his really cool little sister. Eventually I got a hold of my family and my mom came home and almost got stuck in the snow several times and picked me up. Then we shoveled the driveway together so that my dad won't get stuck when he comes home. And now I am in front of the computer drinking hot chocolate waiting to thaw. So Moo! I say. When is spring coming again?
