Le Sigh

I went into work this morning and someone has stolen some stuff from our kiosk. And it's sort of my fault. Being only 5ft tall, my arms were not long enough to reach the hook that secured the window. It was my first shift and I planned on telling my boss today when I saw him. Seriously, what are the odds that the one night that it isn't secure people notice?! Stupid thieves. I told my boss he could deduct the costs from my pay, but he said it wasn't my fault which was really nice of him. So now there's a hook in a more accessible place for me, and all is well.
