Potage Parmentier

I knew Julia Child couldn't steer me wrong. The potage parmentier was absolutely delicious! And it's so simple, but one of the best potato soups I've ever had. I had three big bowls and was tempted to have a fourth.

I'm making good progress on my thesis and work today so I may have time to squeeze in a bit of sewing later tonight.

Mmm, that sounds so good! I'm making cream of mushroom soup today. Yay for soups on cold fall days!

lol It's more winter where I am, but I totally agree. I love soup and stews when it's cold. Cream of mushroom sounds lovely!
