So I'm going to Vegas in 2 weeks. Anyone know any good fabric stores I should hit up? ;)

Not a fabric store, but a very much drool worthy ribbon/trim shop that I dropped $200 in last time I went. http://www.ribbonstore.com/ Email her before you go because it's a home based business. Just mention that you are a historical costumer and ask if you can stop by to buy a few pieces. Her workshop is where the entire store is - it's beyond fabulous.

We don't have many fabric stores. There's the Ribbon Store and Heddy's. Heddy's doesn't usually have a lot for historic costuming. I did get my blue silk print for my 1929 jampagne dress there :)

If you'd like to get together for dinner, let me know!

Vegas wooo! I'm a tad sad school makes coming out to see you impossible. I am heading that way approx 2 weeks later. How cool would it have been of our trips overlapped.
It's been said already but I highly recommend the ribbon store. She's on eBay also so you can get idea of what she has. But in person it's so much better. I have always gone with projects in mind and allow myself one splurge otherwise I'd spend way too much.
