I've been thinking about this, and there really isn't much green, is there? There are quite a few green gowns in the book though. There should be. It's a good color :)
I've been rewatching from season 1, and I think Cersei might have a green dress. It's when she's talking to Sansa and having her write the letter to her family. It might be green. I kept staring at it, thinking, is this green? It should be an easy question, but the lighting and all that :)
