Year in Review

This was my list from last year. It's funny; I did do sewing, but I didn't really work on any of these.
For 2010:
Finish plum 1790 stays
1860 corset
Some kind of shift or chemise
Bumroll
Gold striped petticoat
Red brocade jacket
Red cotton dress
Finish chocolate knitted mitts
What I actually got done this year:
1860 corset (actually morphed into a green fairy costume for Halloween...) and green fairy skirt (no pics of that)

Red cotton dress (pictures will be forthcoming. I ripped a couple stitches in it that need fixing)
Quilt

And the 1840 corset is all cut out.

I have big plans for 2011, but it's anyone's guess how much I'll actually get done. I made myself a to-do list to hang up in my room. I'm hoping that will keep me motivated. I like having lists because I get a kick out of checking things off. :) I've already given myself daily to-dos to try to keep organized with sewing and homework. I've scheduled myself two eyelets a day (to try to get a move on the 1790 stays) and an hour of sewing a day. School started today, thus the homework. :p Which reminds me, I should probably go work on that.
For 2011:
Finish 1790 stays (finish eyelets, bone, and bind)
Finish 1840 corset (sew together, grommet, bone, and bind)
1880 corset (patterned, just needs to be cut out and put together)
1947 grape dress (starting from scratch)
Trying not to buy any more fabric (unless it's cotton to make a petticoat after I've actually finished a corset or to line things) because my hoard is starting to get a little out of control.
