TV has a 1905 circular skirt, and there are definitely images of skirts from 1907/1908 that look much like it. I looked around for sporting images yesterday, and it looks like fashion plates at least had the normal lines for tennis and croquet so I can probably do a skirt like this and be reasonably accurate.
