Interesting coincidence

I was going through the original patterns in A Stitch in Time Vol. 2 and happened to find the same yarn as one of the ones I got yesterday, exactly the same down to the colour: Spun Gold 2042. I don't have enough skeins of it to make that sweater though. It's unfortunate, because that would have been so neat. But it's also kind of fortunate, because I don't have to feel obligated to make that sweater just because I have the same yarn. It's not really my favourite design. I think I've spend way too much time geeking out on vintage yarn and knits now.

I'll have you know that you keep posting about knitting, and so I've been working on my knitted mitts again, instead of finishing my outfit for the upcoming picnic or working on the dress I want to wear for my birthday, and that makes this instance of CADD is aaaallllll your fault! ;)
